    Hi Poppy

    Really looking forward to your book and have been waiting for it since you first announced it. Before I buy it, can I confirm whether you discuss any of the supplements/vitamins etc you took trough your trading. I didn’t see any reference to diet in this he sample version apart from a page giving 5 bullet points.

    If not, I would love if you could do a blog on the different options there for the different things and what you took (I.e. Protein shakes for muscle/ BCAAs for fat burn etc)

    Well done on the book.

      Hey Laura,

      Ahh that’s great to hear I’m excited that you want to try the guide! Re the nutrition – I haven’t included what I did for the programme since I only want to advocate a healthy, balanced approach and the diet I was on was not!
      However, if it’s just the supplements and shakes you want to know more about then I can share in a post.
