      I should probably mention its less about weight and more about measurements: i have to lose 5 to 6 inches on hips and the waist, within the next couple of weeks! (but i love food so therefore struggle ALOT) xx thankyou!

    Hi Tia,

    Thanks so much for your kind words about my blog!
    My advise would be to eat a well balanced diet rich in phytonutrients (plants), whole grains and good fats (oily fish, avocado, nuts for example). Avoid processed/sugary foods and control the quantity of what you eat. 16 KGs is a significant amount to loose so I’d say you’re best going to a dietician and PT to get the best results in the healthiest way that’s right for you. Stay motivated – you can do it. So many people are in the same boat as you and well done for taking the steps to get healthier. xxx
