A  retreat with Mountain Beach Fitness Retreats means the following. You will sweat. A lot. You will be unbelievably out of  breath. You will be pushed beyond your limits. And when you think you can’t possibly move another muscle, somehow you do. You will sleep like a baby and wake up with tired, aching limbs and feel like you need a good rest. But instead you’re once again put to the test. MBFR means sprinting  up hills, hiit circuits, hiking for hours on end, running, swimming, jumping, strengthening muscles, stretching and flexing – all within the most beautiful places on the planet staying in the most luxurious of hotels/chalets. There’ll be times when you wonder WTF you signed up for but when you push past your own boundaries you think hey, what more can I do?  You’ll meet like-minded people and eat like kings and you’ll feel totally high on life, baby. MBFR is what it means to be “living the life”.
