I’ve just returned from a short stay in Amsterdam and I loved it. If you’re into your coffee’s and cafe culture then you too will love the dam. I’d heard so much about this eclectic city and yes, mainly how the opportunity to buy weed and magic mushrooms exists on most canal corners and how you can pop into cafes and indulge in both of these things openly. Nama Foods: Notting Hill Raw Restaurant

I’d been looking forward to lunch at Nama Foods all week. For most of us, when Friday hits we’re in desperate need of some rest, relaxation and regeneration so what better way to kick start it all with lunch at the new raw food haven that is the holy gluten-free-raw-grail of Notting Hill? I met my lovely friend and journalist extraordinaire Harriet Compston (Condé Nast Traveller) at 1.30PM for what we thought would be a one-hour lunch. We ended up leaving at 4PM.
