I’ve written about winter motivation in my latest Modern Woman column (previous post) and now, I want to now share what motivates me the most personally to get up on the cold dark winter days and any day of the year to train and push my body hard. Over the summer I really got into listening to audios and I can’t believe it took me so long! For all those times you may be travelling to work, stuck in traffic, walking, cleaning your house, relaxing in the bath or even getting ready to go out – all that otherwise “empty” time can be enriched with words of wisdom and knowledge which will leave you wiser, very likely happier, more motivated, inspired and more clued up.
