Why the gift of a Life Coach is the best present you can get this Christmas

December 3, 2019
We live in a time where the health and wellness industry is worth an astounding $4.2trillion (£3.5trillion), a colossal figure that reflects the scale of our desire to be well. Yet paradoxically and tragically mental health afflictions have never been so high. At any one time, a sixth of the population in England aged 16 to 64 have a mental health problem, according to statistics body NHS Digital. Whether it is family or friends, neighbours or work colleagues, the chances are high that we all know someone who is affected. And bearing in mind this figure leaves out less common conditions, this is only half the story.… Continue reading...

Beach Retreat: A slow weekend in Cornwall

September 26, 2019
If you want to skip my memories of Cornwall (I can get a little carried away sometimes) and scroll straight to inspo for a nourishing and wholesome Cornish weekend please go right to paragraph 4! As I said in my previous post, the credit to which this blossoming belongs to is largely Lydia’s. Lydia, through her hypnotherapy and wise approach allowed me to realise the changes I needed to make in order to move forwards.… Continue reading...

June 24, 2019
Feng Shui is the ancient Chinese belief that the way your house is built or the way that you arrange objects affects your success, health, and happiness. The morning after my first hypnotherapy session (click here to read) with Lydia I woke up and cleaned and de-cluttered my flat. Cleanliness-wise my flat is always in pretty good shape and I have some helping hands to keep it that way every week. However, when it comes to clutter and “stuff” I’d known for a while that this needed some attention and the morning after my first hypnotherapy session – totally unplanned – the time to get clear (literally and mentally) transpired.… Continue reading...

Hypno knows; how hypnotherapy unexpectedly helped me

June 12, 2019
Life is hard. We know this. And we also know that everyone we meet is dealing with their own struggles. Often, living can seem like you’re a salmon constantly swimming upstream against an unrelenting current complete with menacing bears trying to catch you and eat you just when you’re trying your damn hardest to make it to the top. BUT! Sometimes, just sometimes, life can offer you an easier, rather lovely route where hidden treasures lie in the places where bears once stood and the current is on your side to provide you with gentle assistance along your journey to the top.… Continue reading...
