As you’ll know if you’ve read the “About Me” section I am a huge Brené Brown fan. Brené’s research work on courage, vulnerability, shame, and empathy shot into the mainstream after her infamous Ted Talk on The Power of Vulnerability. And this is how I had the fine fortune of discovering her too. She’s since done another Ted Talk on shame and she’s also the author of five #1 New York Times bestsellers: The Gifts of Imperfection, Daring Greatly, Rising Strong, Braving the Wilderness, and Dare to Lead. I recommend you read them ALL!
