Why I ate every 4 hours doing my Victoria’s Secret Training

Throughout my Victoria’s Secret training, I always made sure I went no longer than four hours without food. It may seem counterintuitive but skipping meals might actually cause you to put on weight. If you skip breakfast, lunch or dinner it could increase your risk of type 2 diabetes and heart disease – researchers from Ohio State University have found. Why? When insulin signals fail, the liver does not know it needs to stop producing glucose.
