Post half marathon I gave myself a week to sample Sydney life. It had been non-stop since my arrival and I hadn’t had a chance to actually be in the city and take it in properly. I’d visited once before but years ago so it was time to get reacquainted. I shacked up with another old friend and we had a blast. Over the summer I really got into listening to audios and I can’t believe it took me so long! For all those times you may be travelling to work, stuck in traffic, walking, cleaning your house, relaxing in the bath or even getting ready to go out – all that otherwise “empty” time can be enriched with words of wisdom and knowledge which will leave you wiser, very likely happier, more motivated, inspired and more clued up. How wonderful is it that Autumn is well and truly here in all its spectacular colours of red, green and gold. We’ve been incredibly lucky in London recently with clear bright blue beautiful sunny days making everything look sensational.
