Why the gift of a Life Coach is the best present you can get this Christmas

December 3, 2019

We live in a time where the health and wellness industry is worth an astounding $4.2trillion (£3.5trillion), a colossal figure that reflects the scale of our desire to be well. Yet paradoxically and tragically mental health afflictions have never been so high. At any one time, a sixth of the population in England aged 16 to 64 have a mental health problem, according to statistics body NHS Digital. Whether it is family or friends, neighbours or work colleagues, the chances are high that we all know someone who is affected. And bearing in mind this figure leaves out less common conditions, this is only half the story.

One of the reasons I became a life coach is because I want more people to feel truly well and what’s more, fully alive and living life to their optimum. At the moment too many people are overwhelmed, chasing the dream of achieving everything they want without understanding fully how to get there. My desire is to work with high achievers to help identify obstacles to success and create a plan and strategy to get there.

In case you don’t know here are some FAQ’s:

What is a Life Coach?

A life coach works alongside a client on a range of professional and personal issues identifying limiting beliefs and providing tools, strategies and a specific plan of action to achieve desired outcomes.

Who should have a Life Coach?

In an ideal world – everyone! Life coaching is for anyone who wants to improve their performance in professional and personal fields. Even the most skilled, successful people can benefit from coaching (even Bill Clinton had Tony Robbins on speed dial). Life coaching is also for those who may feel like they’re in a rut, burnt out, stressed, sad, anxious, lacking direction/clarity, lonely etc.

How to find the right life coach for YOU

There are a lot of talented life coaches out there. (And yes of course I’m going to put myself in this category!) The right one for you will be the one who responds to your needs and who you can develop a good rapport with and achieve your goals. Pick someone you gel with and believe will take you to where you want to go. Every coach should offer a free 30-minute sample session to allow you the chance to “vet” them in relation to your needs. Personally, I trained with Co-Active known to be one of the best most prestigious coaching academy and coaches in the world.

So get ready for the new year and a even more fulfilled YOU! Give the gift of a life coach this Christmas to yourself and others and know what it is to be truly well, happy and achieving your goals.

If you’d like to be coached by me then please fill out the consultation form on the top right of the page. I welcome anyone who is committed to transformation.
